The ground rules.

InterviewRigor is an AI-assisted practice tool for behavioral interviews: it generates practice questions, scores your answers against structured rubrics, and produces feedback reports. It is in active development ("beta") and may change, gain, or lose features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

AI-generated content may be wrong. The Service uses large language models. Outputs can contain errors, omissions, or plausible-sounding inaccuracies. Use your judgment before relying on them.

• You keep ownership of everything you submit (answers, job descriptions, custom questions).
• You grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely to provide the Service (e.g., sending your answer to an AI model to score it).
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to share — for example, another person's confidential information or material that infringes someone's rights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
• Probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits;
• Scrape the Service or systematically extract outputs to build a competing dataset or product;
• Reverse engineer the Service except where the law says we can't restrict that;
• Misrepresent Service outputs as professional certifications or assessments of others (the reports assess your practice answers, not other people).

The Service is currently free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing will be posted before you're charged anything, and these terms will be updated accordingly.

The Service — including the software, scoring methodology content, question banks, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond ordinary use of the Service.

The Service is provided on a beta basis: we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (or your access to it) at any time, with or without notice. You can stop using the Service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how data is retained and deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll flag the update on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that state.
